\nThe Personnel Council is committed to high-quality workplaces, from design and equipment to food, hygiene standards, and health promotion. This goal has become more challenging with the deteriorating building infrastructure, making it even more critical. Added to this is the state\u2019s demand for spatial consolidation. As a ver.di list on the Personnel Council, we advocate for a sustainable strategy for spatial consolidation with desk-sharing models that prioritize employee needs.
\nThe high expectations placed on TU Berlin employees\u2014despite occasional staff shortages and heavy workloads\u2014require good working conditions and respectful communication. We advocate for effective information policies and transparency in relevant processes.<\/p>\n
